Summary:
The property is a lovely Penthouse apartment situated right on the Waterfront opposite the beautiful Geelong Yacht Club, Corio Bay and overlooking parks, gardens, and city skyline. You have the full use of the Novotel Hotel facilities such as indoor heated swimming pool, steam room, gym, and restaurants. There is a large communal courtyard also available with BBQ facilities.

The spacious apartment has 3 bedrooms, (sleeping 7) 2 en-suites, powder room and fully equipped kitchen with all the mod cons and lift access from the main foyer. Large kitchen/dining area and lounge area. Free Wi-Fi available and flat screen TV's in both the master bedroom and lounge area. Double glass sliding door onto a balcony with great ocean views.

All linen, including pool towels, is provided along with tea, coffee, and general provisions. The laundry is equipped with both washing machine and dryer.

There is secure car parking for two vehicles and all public transport is close by.

Being on the 7th level with amazing outlooks you can forget about it being in a busy town.

The Space:
It is rare to find a lovely 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bathroom apartment on the waterfront with such outstanding views, making this apartment one of a kind. With access to an indoor swimming pool, sauna and gymnasium and double secure undercover car parking all your needs are met.

Guest Access:
The apartment has full complimentary use of the Novotel Hotel indoor pool, spa and sauna. Easy access to the Novotel restaurant and Bar areas gives you the option of excellent dining facilities .

The Neighborhood:
Our wonderful Geelong has something for everyone. The foreshore has constant entertainment in the way of markets, Ferris wheel, swimming areas, and yacht club. Restaurants catering for all cuisines abound and the pub life (if wanted) is readily available. Westfield shopping centre is only 300 metres from your door and the shopping is great. You are walking distance from many of the places of interest including the museum, art gallery and library.

Many beach areas are only a short drive away and this includes the surfing capital of Torquay.

Access to wineries, surf beaches and the fantastic Great Ocean Road and some of the best Hinterland you will see are right next door.

You can sit on the deck of the Novotel swimming pool and enjoy the views across Corio Bay and the Yacht Club.

Getting Around:
The apartment is walking distance to all public transport and the apartment has sole use of its own double undercover, secure car park. There is also on street parking available if necessary.

Location wise it was excellent. No blinds in upstairs bedroom. Microwave doesn’t heat! Floor in kitchen oozing water from somewhere! Definitely needs some attention for the top dollar we paid.
