This modern Scandinavian house is one of 24 single family homes in the North End Park Community managed by Vesper Resorts! The house boasts 10 foot ceilings and upgraded countertops, cabinetry,
appliances, & furnishings. It's central location and close proximity to I-85 makes it perfect for vacationers & business travelers alike. Just 10 minutes to Center City and 5 minutes to the NoDa Arts District. Plus the house is adjacent to the 73 acre Sugaw Creek Park!

- Absolutely NO parties or events allowed at our home. There is a $1000 fee for not abiding by this rule.
- We live a few houses down so we are available, if needed!
- We maintain a safe & pleasant neighborhood with onsite security.
- Our home can only accommodate the number of guests shown in the listing details, no additional guests permitted.

Loved it!!!!

The cutest house and furnishings! The host was so sweet and we all really enjoyed our stay! The rolled towels left on the bed was such a sweet touch and we loved that they supplied shampoo, conditioner & bodywash.

Luxury Retreat

This property was exactly what we were hoping it would be and more. From the welcome bottle of wine to the detailed attention to every area of the house, we felt very well cared for from start to finish. It was clean, well-equipped, and relaxing. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for a long weekend. We hope to return in the future.

Convenient Location with Plenty of Space

This house is in a very convenient location: close to uptown Charlotte, NoDa, I-85 (and then I-485). The management is very communicative, helpful, and proactive in supporting Charlotte's urban development with developing this rental property. The area is very quiet (except Fri/Sat nights did have multiple sirens throughout the night - typical all over Charlotte). Although this development is not great for walk/run exercise, there are greenways nearby for spending time outdoors and having miles to enjoy nature. The house was clean. The memory foam mattress was a comfortable firm. The half of the sofa that has a pull-out bed is not as comfortable for sitting as the other half, but it is a large sofa. This is a nice size house for 6 people.
