Welcome to our new 4 bedroom 3 bathroom home with off-street parking. Our three-storey home in Queenstown Hill is nestled against a forest and stream backdrop, overlooking the Remarkables Mountains. The house is close to everything but is tranquil enough to relax while you’re in town. Just a 7 minute drive to the Airport and Frankton shops; a 6 minute drive to Queenstown; and 30 minutes to the Coronet or Remarkables ski fields.

If you are wanting to get away from the hustle and bustle of town but also be close to the action, our house is in an ideal spot. The forest and stream backdrop is also very calming - it is lovely to lie in bed in the morning with the curtains open, watching the trees and birds and listening to the sound of the stream.

The top floor is an open plan living, dining and kitchen area with gas fire, heat pump/air con, TV with Netflix, Neon, Sky Sport Now, Unlimited Fibre Internet, fully equipped large kitchen with Bosch appliances (gas stove, oven, dishwasher), high end Nespresso coffee machine, six person wooden dining table and breakfast bar, balcony with bifold doors and Weber BBQ. Highchair available if required.

Each bedroom has a heatpump/air con and wardrobe space. The master bedroom on the bottom floor has a king bed, ensuite, and desk and chair to work at. A cot can be put in the master bedroom if required. The second bedroom has a queen bed and ensuite. They both have TVs with Netflix, and direct access to the deck. On the second floor is the main bathroom and two further bedrooms with their own balconies – one room contains a queen bed, while the other has two single beds which can be converted to a king.
