Great Condo

We really enjoyed our stay. Love the furniture on the balcony as we sat outside quite a bit. I will say the master bedroom king mattress needs to be replaced. It was very squishy where I had to sleep in the middle and my husband slept on the couch. Also they warn you about the washing machine shaking but it was every load. I think it’s time for a new one. Otherwise everything else was great.

Would return to same condo

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Positives: spacious, fairly clean, fair amount and variety of dishes, pots, pans etc , ample seating on balcony, plenty of closet space Negatives: washing machine very noisy & "walks' across floor, couches could be updated or at least deep cleaned, dining table missing a chair, toaster would not work using the outlet near the fridge We would've stayed again next year if it had been available.

Winter Get Away

It was amazing. First attemp of being a Snow Bird and this stay has confirmed we will do it again. Amazing property in a perfect location. And the sunsets, breath taking.

Family Vacay

We had a great stay this past week! The view was phenomenal! Huge balcony, cute interior and great location. The kids enjoyed how they could watch the boats go by and that they were in such a short walking distance to the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The commodore. We will be back :)

Beautiful

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was just as the pictures show. Has a beautiful ocean view from the den and master bedroom. Security gate is nice to have knowing only the Commodore occupants can access. The check in and out was a breeze. No waiting in lines for elevators, they were always quick.

Needs Updating

This was our second year to stay at this unit. We love the location is great and the property is lovely and managed very well. While we chose to stay in this unit for a second time, and we did enjoy our stay, it does need some updates, and for that reason we will not stay there again (we will stay at this property, but not in this particular unit). The living room furniture is old, worn out and not comfortable at all. The coffee maker in the kitchen is old, slow, and doesn't function well. New cookware is needed. The only two skillets in the unit were very old, the Teflon was scratched horribly and really not safe to use. The plumbing in the bathrooms is very slow, the patio furniture is worn out, with one of the chairs being broken and completely unusable. And lastly, the guest bedroom mattresses are like sleeping on a slab of concrete. All of these complaints probably sound like we are picky and hard to please, but that is far from the truth. This unit can be a great place to stay....the layout is great for a couple, the balcony and views are stunning, and the property is beautiful. It is just time for the owner to replace the furnishings and make some much needed updates to make it comfortable and desirable to stay there. Competition is high in this area and there are too many other places to stay to pay the same money for something that isn't comfortable.

Fantastic

My family stayed in this condo, and it was fantastic. We had a great stay. The staff was very friendly when I reached out with questions, and they answered them very quickly. The condo was very clean and had nice furniture inside. Not to mention the view from the balcony was amazing! 10/10 will stay again!

The location of the condo was in a great area, we had a great view on the balcony of the beach and ocean however the condo it’s self was not very clean. We have a total of 6 people with us on our vacation and on the balcony 2 chairs were ripped so nobody could sit in them. There was a toy I’m guessing from the previous people that stayed on the balcony as well as someone’s covid shot card in the floor by the couch inside. The master bathroom tub was stopped up, when we showered the water would be to our ankles by the time we were finished. We used the fold out couch as well and underneath was filthy and there were empty plastic drink bottles underneath. Also there was a dirty fitted sheet still on there so we had to wash it. There were dishes in dishwasher from previous guess and towels in dryer that we had to fold. There were only 3 forks total so we had to go and buy plastic forks to eat with. Very unpleased with the condo period and won’t stay there again.

Absolutely perfect!

We stayed at the Commodore and it was perfect from booking till checkout. Parking was great, the amenities were awesome, the walk to the beach was short and everyone was friendly. Will definitely stay there and book with y’all again.

This company was so, so perfect in booking our PCB condo! The condo was very nice, well equipped, and super clean! Literally have zero complaints about our entire stay. So easy to contact them. They even left a welcome basket :)

Great stay

We absolutely love the Commodore Condos! Our room was perfect. The beds in both rooms were extremely comfortable. Loved the big balcony to watch the sunset. We can’t wait to be back!

Right on the beach

We have stayed at the Commodore many many times. I watched the grounds keeper clean every bit of sand and any trash all over the pool area, he kept it all perfect. The beach is beautiful and the views from all the rooms cannot be beat.

Spring Break with my little ones

Although my stay at the Commodore did not not start up in the most ideal way. I was able to get everything worked out in a timely manner. Amber was very understanding, accommodating and communicative. I would recommend staying here. The home was clean. The view was beautiful and the easy access to the beach was very convenient. There were a lot of nice restaurants around.

Great location, easy check-in, room was nice.

Quick and easy communication, simple check-in, checkout. Great location and room. Fall is our favorite time and 1003 offers excellent sunset views if you’re not able to be on the beach. Great few days.

Perfect getaway place for a family or two

This condo was as described on the listing. Pictures are accurate. I took my patients and my 2 young kids. Total 6 of us stayed comfortably. Less busy area away from madness around pier park. 20 minutes away but yet accessible. Lots of fun activities to explore! I will come back!

Much needed

Very easy automated check-in process. Pictures were accurate of space. Overall great experience with the exception of one particular security guard who seemed to relish bullying young kids without involving parents or educating vs punishing. Otherwise, everything was perfect!! Thank you!
