Kanandah 5 - By the Lake!

Ground floor unit opposite lake!

Beautifully renovated 2 bedroom unit situated on the ground floor on Kanandah. Neat as a pin with new floor coverings, painting and tastefully furnished. Small balcony that captures northly breezes in summer and the sun in winter. Kanandah is just a short stroll to Forster's CBD for a spot of shopping or to relax in one of the many cafes and restaurants. You can hire a boat and explore our waterways from one of the many boatsheds on the foreshore or walk across the road for a swim or fishing.

The unit has a large modern kitchen with stone bench tops, an air fryer & dishwasher. Both bedrooms have built in wardrobes and ceiling fans and all of the bed linens are provided including towels rolled up ready for the bathrooms, just don't forget to pack your own beach towels. An internal laundry with washing machine and dryer is available.

There is a spacious combined lounge and dining area with air-conditioning and flat screen TV and DVD. There is a single car space at the rear of the block.

A bond applies to all bookings by way of a preauthorisation on a valid credit card.
