Chalet - La Fratrie

The beautiful cottage is located in the town of Saint-Côme, on a private plot of 32,000 feet along the river Assomption. We can accommodate up to eight people.

The cottage offers three bedrooms, two of them with Queen beds and one with four single beds (convertible). We have two full bathrooms, one with a bath. In the living room, you will find a charming gas fireplace. In order to make your stay more enjoyable, a large spa is available; just next to the patio. On the small mezzanine, there is an office space perfect for remote working or as a reading space. To fully enjoy nature, we have two kayaks at your disposal. It is an environment that is smoke-free.

Fonctionnement spa et alarme

Très beau site bien situé Je trouve dommage que vous chargiez un surplus pour 4 et plus parce que je le suggèrerait pour deux couple et 4 enfants. J’ai payé un surplus pour quatre jours pour rien finalement nous avons été maximum 4. Nous n’avons pas été en mesure de mettre le système d’alarme et baisser la température du spa n’est pas évident

Superbe moment dans un décor enchanteur!

Un énorme merci, nous avons eu un super week-end en famille. Le spa, l'emplacement du feu extérieur, le foyer et le chalet bref tout était parfait pour passer du bon temps. De plus, me déplacer à l'intérieur avec mon fauteuil roulant a été très facile, sans marche à l'entrée. Merci encore!

Un séjour mémorable

Mes 5 amies et moi souhaitions nous retrouver à l extérieur de la ville pour se ressourcer, relaxer, s amuser et souligner l année de nos 40 ans. Après plusieurs recherches nous sommes tombées sous le charme de ce chalet qui semblait parfait pour notre long week-end: spacieux, au goût du jour, propre, bien situé sur un terrain privé mais surtout, notre coup de coeur, la belle luminosité grâce aux nombreuses fenêtres qui donnent sur le court d eau. Je recommande ce chalet sans hésitation. Satisfaction garantie! Et que dire de la communication avant- pendant et après le séjour. Vous avez une question? Soyez assurés qu Antoine vous répondra rapidement et ce , peu importe la question. Il est disponible, respectueux et il ne vous donnera jamais l impression que vous le dérangerez. Ça ne fait qu ajouter à l expérience Nous y retournerons certainement

un chalet qui porte bien son nom

La maison est très bien situé pour rendre le séjour à la fois intime et tranquille en profitant du soleil toute la journée grâce à son exposition. En même temps la route n'est pas si longue pour aller faire des visites ou magasinages. La maison réponds aux besoins de toutes la famille, elle est fonctionnel et très pratique. J'avais emmené des jouets pour mon garçon mais il a été bien heureux de voir des jouets aussi disponible dans la maison. La communication avec le propriétaire était très apprécié grâce à sa compréhension et disponibilité.

This is a great chalet, beautiful, clean, and well set up. The host was very responsive to our questions, and we really enjoyed going in the hot tub and playing foosball. We had an extremely relaxing stay and wouldn't hesitate to go back. Thank you!

Superbe séjour

Propriété telle que vue sur le site. Située dans un domaine tranquille et au bout du chemin donc aucune circulation autour. Très bel endroit pour se reposer et relaxer. Propriétaire répond rapidement au besoin. Nous avons adoré nos vacances :)

Beau chalet, bel emplacement

Le chalet est superbe et en excellent état. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut pour se détendre ou se divertir en profitant du spa, de la rivière ou des jeux de société. L’emplacement au bout du chemin rend le séjour encore plus immersif puisqu’il n’y a aucune voiture qui passe près. Nous y retournerions sans aucune hésitation!

magnifique séjour

Notre expérience à Saint Come fut parfaite. Nous avons adoré les grandes fenêtres du chalet ainsi que sa décoration. Nous avons vraiment pu relaxer en nature, tout en restant proche de toutes accomodations. Propriétaires très gentils et accommodants! Nous vous le conseillons!
