First time I can ever say that the online depiction of a property under sold it. This property is amazing and Del Mar has to be one of the best property Management companies I have dealt with. Any future Cape trips, I will be looking to stay at a Del Mar property.

Lovely, spacious home

This property was beautiful, clean, and very spacious. The kitchen was large and well-stocked with appliances and everything one would need to cook meals for many. The garage was set up as a play room with a couch and table games such as ping pong. The directions for things in the house were succinct and well-placed. We never had to communicate with the management company about how something worked. The management company was top tier. They were responsive to the one request we had in a competent and very timely manner. We loved our stay.

Luxurious private vacation home

Beautifully furnished home with fabulous chef’s kitchen, mahogany deck, quality bedding and linens. Lots of space to relax. Easy access to all Truro and the lower Cape has to offer. A few minor drawbacks: no views, traffic noise from Route 6, location of 3rd full bath not ideal, outdoor shower inconveniently located.

Much needed Family Time

The property was beyond expectations, beautifully appointed, quiet location yet accessible to all we desired. Truro is a gem of a location if you desire to engage in the beautiful surroundings of nature and beaches that can challenge all if you wish. Otherwise drive over to the bay and buy a clam license and get in the groove to rake up your limit. A bit tricky to find at first but truly fell in love with the location. Just a tip to all traveling and love to dine out… get ready for a long wait and truly not the best service( still recovering from the Covid closures and lack of help. So cook in and enjoy your family time with a game or two around the table either inside or out. Bug spray is welcomed in the evening hours! Enjoy, we did hope you will also.

Worth Every Penny!

Just got back from a wonderful week in Truro. House was as lovely, equipped and centrally located described and a perfect fit for our family of 4 kiddos 5 and under. Del Mar team was responsive and accommodating. All round 5 stars!!!

We absolutely loved this house. Location is less than a mile to beach . The house is top notch in details and literally can’t complain about one thing !!!!! Such a gorgeous house . I highly recommend . So close to P- town !!!

Spacious Cape House

This property is great midpoint in the Cape. You're a short ride from Provincetown, the beach and about 45 mins from Chatham. The house is very spacious with enough room for 10 people. It didn't feel crowded at all. We spent time cooking meals at the home which was equipped with everything you need but didn't have time to enjoy all the entertainment the home has to offer such as games, ping pong, netflix, etc. The one thing about the property which was a bit annoying is if you have an issue you, you have to submit a work order. We came into a leaky ceiling and the master bedroom floor wet. The property manager offered to move us which was very kind but the option was only Chatham and we were mostly spending time in Provincetown. A plumber did come and fix the problem (but not the wet floor) about 3 hours after the work order so i would say that was pretty quick. However, the master bedroom smelled like cat pee the entire stay. It was very hard to get the property manager on the phone, it was a lot of phone tag. Sometimes things are unforeseen, which I get. Overall the stay was great even with the little hiccup.
