Seabreeze 1 - 1/5 Paragon Avenue, South West Rocks

No better position, this spacious, air conditioned apartment is located in the heart of town, only two minutes walk to the beach, restaurants and shops.

Large open plan tiled living area with high ceilings flows neatly from the large dining and kitchen area. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to ensure you have a fantastic holiday in your home away from home.

The lounge area then spills out onto two large balconies where you can sit and enjoy relaxing while you read a good book or enjoy your family dinner after a busy day of sun and surf. WIFI for your convenience.

Three bedrooms so plenty of room for two couples or a family. The main bedroom has a queen bed and an ensuite. Bedroom two has a double bed and a single bed and the third bedroom has a queen bed. The bathroom has a spa for you to totally relax in.

Please note that sheets and towels are not supplied however can be hired for an additional fee, please contact our office and we will arrange this for you.

For your convenience there is an internal laundry with washer and dryer.

A short stroll to the park, the children will love all the new playground equipment or take a walk along the bike/walking track while the kids enjoy a ride on their pushbikes. Make sure you bring your fishing rod, there are plenty of spots to enjoy throwing in a line.

While we ensure that all beds are equipped with mattress protectors, pillows, pillowcases, quilts, and quilt covers, we kindly ask guests to bring their own sheets, towels, bath mats, and tea towels. Additionally, guests are expected to provide their own laundry detergent, dish soap, personal soap, and toilet paper among other personal necessities.

Centrally located
The apartment had comfortable furniture and was very spacious. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. We could not get the spa working. It was centrally located to SWR and Horseshoe Bay which we enjoyed. Having our car was handy for popping out to Coles as we did most of our meals at home during our stay. Good oven, microwave. We did not use the balconies because they looked over a carpark and a road, however it was nice to be able to open up the sliding doors to let in the breeze and dry our towels on the drying racks outside. The cleanliness of the apartment could be improved and I have emailed the managing agent. Has a washing machine and dryer if you need them whilst your there.
