The Space:
Stunning views of Orleans Cove from every bedroom, the living room, kitchen, and dining room will have you feeling right away like you made the right choice for your dream vacation. That’s even before you’ve ventured into the lush green lawn onto your own private dock, that stretches into the Cove; the perfect place to take a dip, start an amazing kayak adventure, or launch your boat. This home is BYOB, bring your own boat; you can easily and securely store it here on the private dock during your stay. If you don’t own a boat, there are several places nearby that offer rentals, which could really enhance your vacation possibilities if you choose to do so. With or without a boat, the dock is a rare find, and is the quintessential addition to any seaside vacation. Inside the home, you’ll find a loft, bright interior with high ceilings that feels open and spacious. To the right on the main floor is the living area, with plenty of seating and peekaboo views of the cove as you approach the dining room. The dining and eat-in kitchen area has large sliding doors onto the deck that provide an amazing view out to the cove. Exiting the kitchen, a hallway contains a half bathroom, and continuing down will lead you to the master bedroom, with your own private deck access, and private ensuite bathroom with a jacuzzi style tub. This room has a king size bed and beautiful ocean views. Upstairs, there are three more bedrooms. Two of those bedrooms share a linked ensuite full bathroom; each bedroom has a queen bed and a private balcony. The third upstairs bedroom is a perfect kids room; it has two twin bunk beds, a full seating area with couch, and a TV. The interior of this home has tons of space for 8, and has other small seating areas, such as a small cafe table with checkers, and an office desk at the top landing of the stairs.

Great Rental

We loved the cleanliness, location and size of this house. We visit the Cape every year for Oysterfest, and this was the best rental that we've had in several years.

Spectacular Water View Home

The actual VRBO home surpassed our expectations. It's even prettier than the pictures. Extremely comfortable home, lovely property and gorgeous view. The cleanliness of the home was outstanding - one of the cleanest rentals I've been in. The communication and courtesy from the Del Mar Management Team was excellent. Very detailed, timely and helpful information and communication continually from them. We loved everything about this home and location. Highly recommend it to everyone - and we are looking forward to returning again in the future. Extremely satisfied on every levels. 5 Star all around!

Bayside elegance

Very pleased with the accommodations plenty of room for 5 of us….the property management was quick to respond to questions we had. The kitchen and bedrooms had beautiful views Everything worked as described except for the jacuzzi and the broken blender…I assume it will be fixed by our next visit.

AMAZING Location

Overall, this place is truly a gem! The location is PERFECT. Close to everything, walking distance to restaurants and stores and the VIEW!! Sunrises from the multiple decks are just perfect. The only complaint I had was the master bedroom carpet was awful, full of stains and smelled of urine. I informed the property manager immediately and they did offer to come out and have the carpets cleaned. We didn't want to deal with the smelly and wet carpets during our stay so we had enough space to just not use that room. I assume this will be remedied by the next stay.

Almost perfect!

We loved the house! Location was ideal!! Our only issues were with the master bedroom and bath. The jacuzzi tub did not work, which was disappointing. The linens on the master bedroom bed were a disaster. Poorly fitting mattress pad bunching up all week. Unfortunately we did not sleep well in the bed. However, we had a great vacation, and truly enjoyed the location of the house! The songbirds in the morning were delightful!!
