This beautifully renovated 3 bedroom / 3 bath condo located in the Sawgrass Country Club boasts all the upgrades you are looking for in a vacation rental. The upgraded kitchen has a deep farmers sink, Bosch appliances, full tile backsplash, granite counters and huge prep island. Master bedroom has a King sized bed and walk in rainfall shower. The second guest bedroom has a King sized bed and its own attached bathroom with walk in shower. The third bedroom has two sets of twin sized bunkbeds and an attached bathroom with shower tub. This home’s screened in lanai overlooks the 5th golf green on the Sawgrass East Course. With eight bikes, beach chairs and within the gates of Sawgrass, it is the perfect place to enjoy all that Ponte Vedra Beach has to offer!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect condo. We have rented for 3 years. Fully equipped with everything you need. Wonderful showers with plenty of hot water. Short walk to the pool. A longer, but very pretty walk to a beautiful and lightly populated beach. Perfect configuration with 2 king beds and a bunk room. Neighborhood is extremely friendly. Close to Publix and a wide variety of great restaurants. Beautiful view from the patio. Large dining area and comfortable seating area with a large tv. Internet works very well and they even have a printer you can connect to. Management company is delightful to work with and any property issues immediately resolved. Cannot say enough good things about FC-59 and Suncastle Properties.
