This pet-friendly and recently upgraded 1 bedroom + loft, 2 bathrooms presents a comfortable living room with a flat screen TV, DVD, CD player, wood fireplace, and WiFi. Centrally located in Conness building with city bus stop out front. Large master bedroom has a king, flat screen TV, DVD and private dressing sink. Loft has a queen plus daybed, TV and adjacent bathroom. Unit features a fully equipped kitchen with counter seating for four, plus dining area seating six. Easy access to Jacuzzi, sauna and tennis court, plus other Summit amenities (work-out room, pools, etc.), and underground garage parking (garage clearance 7' 0"). This unit is pet friendly. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. This unit comes with one underground assigned parking spot with a second on a first come, first serve basis within the complex. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. Our calendar is updated in real time. PLEASE NOTE: Due to COVID-19 some complex facilities and amenities may not be available. Great location fully stocked furniture needs attention

Wonderful stay. Only ding was the state of the furniture. Definitely could use a refresh, especially the living room couches and chairs. Also some new pots and pans would do wonders for the overall experience.

Review

The place was great but the bathroom light upstairs did go on and off randomly. The kitchen was supplied and there was a fire started and wood. The place was clean and it was an easy check in and out. It was bigger than I expected and had great choices for TV and we were close to the hot tube and sauna.

I loved the view, but not the mold.

I am asthmatic. We had to open all the windows and turn on all the fans. So I could breathe inside the condo. My asthma attack did not last long...I had my inhaler. We enjoyed our visit with family and I stayed outside on the balcony. A lot of mold in the upstairs bathroom, on the ceiling and lighting fixture. It’s a health hazard. Perhaps the cleaning peeps did not notice.

Cozy Simply Place

Nice condo. A bit dated, but functional and fairly clean. The indoor garage is a big plus for winter. You have to go up two sets of stairs from the garage to get to the front door.
