Plenty of space for 7 people. Main bathroom could do with a heater in winter. All else fine

There was a leakage from the top bathroom into the kitchen area. There was also a leakge from the roof from the bigger bedroom on top.

Rotorua Stay

Very clean & big enough for our whole family + more. A little cold even with the heat pump but the electric blankets make up for it. Definitely recommend.
