Prime location at Kapalua Golf Villas with all of the essentials for your Maui vacation! The Kapalua Golf Villas offer multiple pools for you and your party to enjoy. Enjoy our four family-friendly pools (A, B, C, & D). Whether you prefer splashing in the refreshing water or lounging by the poolside, everyone is welcome to join in the fun! This way all are welcome to have fun in the sun whether that means playing in the cool water or relaxing poolside!

Kapalua Golf Villa 27 V 3 has one of the best locations within the resort development! Located at the end of the cul-de-sac and is close to 1 of the 4 pools and barbeque areas available to guests. The unobstructed ocean and golf course views are fantastic from this villa! Enjoy stunning sunsets throughout the year and during whale season, you can spot spouts and splashes from the lanai.

This one bedroom, two bathroom villa is perfect for a romantic getaway; you're just a short walk to restaurants, tennis courts, two golf courses, the Golf Shop, the Tennis Shop and the great beaches of Oneloa and Kapalua Bay. This villa offers a quiet sanctuary while still being conveniently located near plenty of entertainment options. There are no parking or additional resort fees.

This unit was recently remodeled to add bamboo cabinets, granite countertops, travertine showers, stainless steel appliances and contemporary blinds. The Kapalua Golf Villas have undergone an extensive exterior update, giving the entire property a modern and fresh look. There is a washer and dryer in this villa for added convenience. Enjoy central air conditioning after a day in the sun. The villa is also supplied with Maui made shampoo, conditioner, soap and body lotion. Free Wi-Fi and cable included.

Please note this resort does not have elevators.

Beautiful property. Well equipped. Very clean
We have just got home after a lovely stay at Kapalua golf villas. It's a beautiful unit with a gorgeous view. Very clean and well equipped. The Kapalua area is stunning, we loved the local beaches and found some amazing snorkelling spots a short car trip up north. Could be hard going to the local beach as it's a car trip down and the car park filled up early, but it was the height of Summer. A short drive to Lahaina where we went for dinnee most nights. Some great places to eat there. Mamas Fish House is a must while in Maui.

This unit needs some freshening up. The fan in the living room only ran on high speed. Rug in master bathroom is dirty & worn out should be removed. The coffee pot had to be replaced. Lamps in master bedroom worked intermittently. We changed a light bulb but still was intermittent. Cabinets need wipe down and around hardware. Over the view & location

We felt home here. It magnificent, the beauty of the golf course and the Ocean view is a paradise.
we found that home away from home is a paradise, it is exactly how Israel Kamakawiwo'ole (Bruddah Iz) has described the magnificent spirit of Hawaii we enjoyed each and every seconds of our stay, Mahalo for having us here in this beautiful condominium, our stay here was as perfect as the beauty of the Maui.

We've stayed at this golf villa several times. It remains our favorite and well maintained. Not having access to Lahaina is sad but Whalers Village and local restaurants and businesses are reopening. The slack key show at the Napili Kai is starting back up. The natural beauty of Kapalua remains! Lets come with the utmost respect and support the locals. Aloha !

Perfect location
Perfect location in Kapalua Golf Villas with unobstructed views! We enjoyed our week long stay. Unit was clean and well appointed. Beach towels & chairs, cooler, etc. also provided. This was very much appreciated. Enjoy a nice walk to 3 beaches, golf course or the Honolua store for your needs. We would definitely stay again!

Another great Maui trip
We had a great trip to Maui. Overall, the place was really nice. The location was great, the views were awesome, and we had lots of birds come visit us on the balcony! The furniture was different then in the picture as there is not a sectional sofa. That said, the leather sofa was fine and comfortable. MyperfectStay was responsible and got back to us when we had some comments and needs and we appreciated how they handled everything...super professional and they checked in on us via email to ensure we were good. The place could use a few appliance upgrades like the vacuum is from 1950 and the pantry does not have some of the other normal appliances like rice cooker etc but again, we would definitely stay in this unit again as it was cosy, safe, and was amazing to see whales from our balcony terrace. not sure it gets much better!! Thanks again!

Perfect Condo, Great Location & Communication
This condo was perfect for my girlfriend and my needs, and the communication throughout the entire experience was just right. The condo had all the amenities needed, in addition to beach supplies (snorkels, chairs, etc). This was our first time in Maui and based on traveling around to other towns on the island, Kapalua was the perfect destination to call home for our week+ long trip. Away from the hustle of Lahaina
We very much enjoyed our time at Dr Ken's condo. It is a quiet spot, with nice views, and nice amenities. If you're looking for a busy beach scene, with restaurants and a boardwalk, this isn't it. Zac at My Perfect Stays was very good to work with. Enjoy yourself!

Spirit of Aloha!
Aloha, I had a great time during my stay at Ken's golf villa! Not only is the place filled with aloha spirit through decorations and cleanliness but the staff was lovely & helpful. The views were unbeatable! Very quiet and relaxing location with views of the golf course, Napali town and neighbouring islands. Ken's villa was stocked with everything we needed and the bed was very comfortable!! Would stay here again in the future and would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

Kapalua is beautiful!
Aloha! Its been a while since we've been back to Maui but this trip was a blast! From snorkelling with turtles in Kapalua Bay to hiking in Haleakala to sailing to Lanai with Trilogy Excursions we had a blast, and always had our gorgeous Kapalua Golf Villa to return to! The view and amenities are amazing, they even put a mini blender in for personal size yummy smoothies! We'll be back for sure!

This beautifully appointed condo is absolutely perfect! A quiet stay with a fantastic view of the ocean sunsets every evening in a very high end neighborhood . Everything you need to feel at home . So many thoughtful amenities. The stay includes a shuttle that will take you pretty much everywhere you need to go including the market , different beaches and to some of the best restaurants on the island . We love Kapalua /Napili Bay /Flemmings Beach and we were able to use the shuttle for all of them ! There is also all the equipment you need for the beach! Snorkeling gear, chairs , umbrella , cooler . Just make your sandwiches, call the shuttle and head out! We would definitely come back and highly recommend to anyone visiting Maui.

Amazing trip with a spectacular location
We can't say enough good things about our experience, the condo had a beautiful view and location was phenomenal. Every detail was well thought out from the welcome basket, to the beach chairs, snorkel gear, and cooler. There is so much to do within a short drive of the condo like snorkeling at the beaches close by. The condo was super clean and the management company was fabulous. We cannot wait to come back.

My husband and I stayed on this property for our 25th wedding anniversary. This property was perfect. It had everything and exceed our expectations. Gorgeous views of the Bay golf course and close to amazing restaurants and beaches. We can't wait to come back.

Great condo for two people. Sleeps four but pull out sofa bed is not comfortable. Not on ground floor so expect several steps to climb and descend. Great view. Covered lanai.

Nice condo with good amenities but not as private as expected
Generally speaking, we enjoyed our stay at this property. The condo itself had plenty of space and included updated finishes. The kitchen was well-stocked and the views of the golf course and distant ocean were amazing. However, despite the upscale nature of the neighborhood, the amount of noise from adjacent condo units was very distracting and had a negative impact on our ability to fully relax. Unfortunately, the lanai for this unit is not as private as others have said and you can easily hear people having loud conversations. In addition, we found the nearby pool area to be crowded most of the time and quite noisy as well. If you're looking for peace and tranquility during your visit to Maui, this property may not be a good option.

Needs work to achieve potential
This can be an excellent rental if the owner does what is needed. The location is excellent, the unit is nicely constructed, and the property manager was exceptionally responsive (thank you Zac). But, when the A/C doesn’t work and cockroaches make you move, there is only so much you can do as a manager. With investment, this unit can be returned to what it probably was - a very high quality property. Unfortunately, it wasn’t that for us.
