Enjoy this mountainous, ski in/ski out Cedars Townhouse that sits directly on the slope of the Breckenridge Ski Resort. This unit is conveniently located in walking distance from dining, shopping and everything Main Street has to offer. This spacious, cabin style townhouse has two bedrooms and sleeps eight people comfortably.


The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, a private bathroom, and a private deck that overlooks the ski resort. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a bunk bed. The living room has a sleeper sofa and there is a small room off of the kitchen that has a bunk bed suitable for younger children. Each bedroom has its own bath with another half bath on the main level.


This unit has two parking spots. One parking spot is in the attached private, one-car garage and parking for the second vehicle is an uncovered spot near the unit. Guests also have access to the Upper Village Pool and hot tubs located across the street. The Upper Village Pool has a heated indoor/outdoor pool and three separate jetted hot tubs. This amenity is seasonal and the facility will close during the shoulder seasons.

cedars 9, how do I hate thee......let me count the ways.
Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: DATED, Dirty, dingy, ***** and malfunctioning Tv remote stopped (Not the batteries) no way to reset or turn off – cannot access behind it to unplug because it was too tight to the wall. Super dim lights in master bath, no shampoo in master bath or shower soap super dim light outside slopeside exit door-non existent. No bedroom clocks functioning 2nd bedroom tv not plugged in and can’t reach without moving heavy furniture that blocks bed access Internet malfunctioning in and out. Kitchen tile has 50% grout missingDinged kitchen cabinets at a professional level of damage/wear. Limited tools in kitchen Most annoying high visibility and loud garbage can ever New bathrooms but shower in mbr is wide open and leaves one cold even while in a hot shower Furniture is beat up badly Water heater is set to scalding Worst beds in the history of the world. Had to sleep in the guest room and it was very bad also. Super loud beds – both master and spare bedroom. Walkways not cleaned off Garage entry not cleaned off Many areas slippery outside and dangerous because have to step down from 18’ snow covered walkway to door threshold. seriously the most dated and worst property I've ever stayed at. would not recommend.

Can’t beat location
The property could use some updating and better linens - BUT you cannot beat the location. A true ski in/ski out. Steps from the chair lift. A super short walk to ski school. Restaurants and shops right there, an easy walk to Main Street. Would absolutely stay here again! Perfect for a family.

Reviewer Comments: Cedars townhouse 9 was very accessible to lifts, townhome had a good layout but washer and dryer in awkward place and not easy accessible, but it did the job considering. Staff at registration office was very nice.
