Set along the coastline, our mansion offers direct access to the sandy beaches of Trancoso, allowing you to bask in the soothing rhythms of the Atlantic waves. Feel the warm sand beneath your toes, take a refreshing dip in the ocean, or simply relax under a palm tree with a tropical drink in hand. The beach is your personal playground during your stay here.

Step foot inside our mansion and be greeted by a cozy and rustic atmosphere that makes you instantly feel at home.

The Space:
The warm wooden furniture, traditional decor, and earthy tones create a welcoming ambiance that embraces you like a comforting hug. This unique blend of coziness and rustic charm will make you never want to leave.

Whether you're lounging in the spacious living areas, enjoying a leisurely meal in the dining room, or unwinding in the comfortable bedrooms, you'll always have a breathtaking view to admire. The immense windows and open layout celebrate the natural beauty that surrounds the mansion, inviting it to become an integral part of your stay.

Guest Access:
You will gain exclusive access to all rooms and floors, and to the entire property area, plus usage of the Condo common areas, following the rules and time availability provided.

The Neighborhood:
Trancoso offers a vibrant array of activities and attractions. Wander through the charming streets of the historic Quadrado, where colorful colonial houses, quaint shops, and lively local restaurants await. Immerse yourself in the rich cultural heritage of Bahia, savor mouthwatering cuisine, and dance to the rhythms of traditional music.

Getting Around:
Taxis and Ubers, apart from renting a car would be our recommended options. You can use the following local apps for cabs: 99 Taxis and Easy Taxi.

Other Things to Note:
We have our own lease agreement model that must be signed until check-in. When you confirm a booking, you agree to these terms. When the Booking Channel does not give you direct access, just ask us and we will send it your way.

The most important House Rules are:

* Silence from 10pm til 7am

* Social visits are limited from 7am until 10pm and up to 6 people at the same time in the property

* Only listed guests can sleep over

* Intended use is residential only

* Drugs and prostitution are strictly forbidden

* Building or Condominium internal regulations must be fully respected

* Check-ins/outs outside of regular hours are subject to availability and if possible, incur in an equivalent amount of 60BRL in cash as compensation to the staff doing it, per event

* Bookings of length period from 15 nights or greater pay electricity bill as an extra

* Included cleaning covers reasonable usage, excess will be charged

* Rules breaches will be penalized by the full amount of security deposit, per event, plus any loss or fines and can result in eviction with no right to refunds.

Interaction with Guests:
We like welcoming guests in person, leaving you as comfortable and independent as possible during your stay, while always being available when/if you need help or suggestions from us.
