Brockworth Place - 3 bedroom holiday home

This newly renovated 3 bedroom home is perfect for families or professionals who would like to holiday in a lovely home that is the perfect mix of city and suburban living. Located in Riccarton, it is in an ideal spot for anyone who wants to explore the City Central or get a quiet dinner at some of the great restaurants in the Riccarton suburb.

The house has 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom contains a King sized bed, the second bedroom contains a Queen sized bed, and the third bedroom contains a King single bed with a pull out single trundler made up on request underneath the bed. All of the bedrooms also have double wardrobes with full length mirrors. The bathroom has a toilet, shower, vanity and a heated towel rail. The compact laundry has a washing machine and there are clothes horses to hang up any washing. The kitchen is fully self-catering with an oven, fridge, microwave and dishwasher. The living room has a double seater couch, TV and dining room table. Each bedroom has a lit mirror station with extra power points and USB charging to make getting ready for a night out or a special event a breeze.

The front area has double doors out to a deck, as well as some seating and a table to enjoy a nice coffee or glass of wine on a sunny day.
Brockworth Place is a lovely home in an ideal area. Westfield Shopping Centre is only a 3 minute drive and 10 minute walk away, which contains some amazing stores, food and even a chocolate shop! Brockworth Place is also only a 5 minute walk to Hagley Park and from there, another 5 minutes and there are the beautiful Botanical Gardens to stroll through and across to the Arts Centre Te Matatiki Toi Ora and Canterbury Museum.

The nearest bus stop is only a 4 minute walk away for those who dont have cars, and for those who do there are 2 parking spots on the property but there is street parking as well.

Just the right size

This property was just what we needed. It was perfect for the 5 of us. The beds and pillows were amazing. Just what we needed after a long trip from Australia (delayed flight) as we didn't arrive until 2.30am NZ time. It is close to airport and other activities we wanted to visit while in Christchurch. ***** Jo

This house is very clean and is very close to Hagley Park, Botanic Gardens & CBD where you can catch a trolly & go all over Christchurch. Near restaurants.

Wonderful Service, Excellent Value

In need of three extra nights in Christchurch that our hotel could not accommodate, checked for properties on VRBO. Karen responded positively to our request in less than eight hours and we were thoroughly (and pleasantly) surprised by the property upon check in. The three bedroom apartment was clean and airy, well stocked and tastefully decorated giving the impression of a very recent renovation. The location on a quiet street one block from Hagley Park and Garden places this property within walking distance of multiple ethnic restaurants and shops. The Westfield Mall is a short, convenient drive to large department stores and food shopping. The very best value for money of any of the many VRBO properties we have enjoyed in the CONUS, Europe and Hawaii.
