Washer and dryer in unit. Fully equipped with a smart TV, WIFI-Bluetooth speaker.

Guest Access:
You will have complete and private access to the apartment. The backyard and patio are shared spaces. There are long-term tenants who live on-site.

The Neighborhood:
Mid-City is a wonderfully vibrant neighborhood. There are numerous wonderfully local spots to eat and drink all within walking distance. Two grocery stores less then 5 minutes drive away. The bayou is outside your front door, and city park less then 5 minutes walking. The neighborhood is the best that New Orleans has to offer for real local living.

Getting Around:
There is off street parking behind the house, free street parking directly in front of the house. The street car (Trolley) is less then 5 minutes walking and will take you directly to the French Quarter in about 15-20 minutes. French quarter is also an easy bike ride away, or a $8-10 taxi/Uber ride. 20 minutes from the airport. The whole neighborhood is very walkable and truly gives you a chance to live like a local.

-NO SMOKING ANYTHING INSIDE THE HOME. $200 SMOKING FEE WILL APPLY TO VIOLATORS.
-STRICT 4 PERSON GUEST LIMIT.
