Just lie in bed and watch the sun rise greet you. It’s you and the ocean, the sun and the sand! There is coastline as far as you can see. Walk out to the private beach, and catch the rays.
You can have your coffee, or breakfast on the balcony. Watch the waves, smell the ocean and relax.

Both elegant bathrooms were just totally renovated.
New upscaled kitchen installed, wiith Viking appliances.
Swim in the adult outdoor pool or the heated indoor roof top pool. There is an outdoor kiddies’ pool for the diaper crowd.
This handsomely appointed condo has two bedrooms and two full baths. There is a king size bed in the pristine master bedroom, and two queen size beds in the picturesque second bedroom. There is also an additional queen size sofa bed. Pillows, blankets and comforters are furnished.
If you can pull yourself away from the activities, a washer and dryer is provided.
Cable television and DVD players are available along with Internet access.

There is security on duty 24/7.
You have a reserved, protected parking for one car.
Keys mailed to your home.

Fantastic Condo

Everything stated online is exactly right with some added things. Appliances were fantastic and the condo was clean and not long after we arrived the cleaning lady stopped to make sure everything was okay. Beautiful view from the balcony off the living room and dining room. Would highly recommend this rental.

Location amazing, condo did the job

The golden sands is a great spot, especially for families. It’s all about location and entertainment on the deck for the kids. Tiki bar is great for the adults. While the unit met our family needs the lighting was not great, the shades were broken, and the parking spot was not ideal for a large vehicle. We have a Tahoe and found it difficult to park which limited our trips from the condo. (Note, owner did note this in the description) View was great, nice to have upgraded stove if you choose to cook.

Stunning ocean view

The apartment is very nice, modern and nicely furnished and clean. The owners are very nice, they made the exception and let us stay for only one night.

All about The View

The Golden Sands is an older building with indifferent upkeep showing in the common areas & elevators despite the $50 resort fee that is required of anyone staying there, regardless of season. The unit itself also shows its age in the rickety closet doors and discolored bathroom countertops, but the furniture and furnishings are comfortable and functional. There is a dvd player, but it is not hooked up and there is no HDMI cord. No hair dryer/soap/shampoo/shower gel/extra toilet paper/linens or towels provided; perhaps a lingering covid concession, but still a bit surprising given the price point of the rental. What you are really paying for is the view which is spectacular and looks out east over the ocean. You can see the sun rise from the living room and master bedroom. The building is oceanfront, so it is truly just steps to the beach. That is what provides this unit its true value.

Direct oceanfront and view. High floor so view is incredible. Has indoor and outdoor pool. Large deck facing the ocean with award winning outdoor/deck dining. Away from the business of downtown , yet a short ride to downtown. Reserved indoor parking for one space. New HVAC/Duct work for 2020 (not all the units in golden sands has ductwork). Security on premise.
