Located across the road (50m) from Callala beach, known for its pure white sand and crystal clear waters.Enjoy the spectacular 180 degree water views from almost every room of the 2 level luxury penthouse. Sit and watch the dolphins swim by from the top level private balcony of the master bedroom suite, with a luxury ensuite and spa bath with ocean views. The first level includes an open plan living, dining and fully equiped kitchen. Enjoy eating or entertaining on the sunny wrap around balconies feeling the ocean breeze. The balcony is adjoining the living and kitchen, complimented with glass bifold doors to take advantage of the ocean views. The first level also has a laundry, 2 bathrooms and 3 spacious bedrooms with access to balconies.Underground secure parking is available for 2 vehicles as well visitor parking.

The apartment complex is located next to a park with playground facilities, as well at the local take away shop for your convenience. Enjoy a quiet and peaceful beachside neighbourhood.Guests are invited to enjoy internet, TV in the dining room, as well as the upstairs master bedroom, board games, BBQ, indoor and outdoor dining tables and seating, reverse cycle air-conditioning, fresh linen for the beds and all the comforts of a fully self contained apartment.

Incredible spot for a relaxing weekend away

I've just spent the weekend down at the South Coast, it was incredible! Relaxing atmosphere, and an incredible Penthouse with plenty of space for all. Amazing views and an amazing place to stay! Walking distance from lawn bowls/golf, and a longer but still very doable walk to the ferry which will take you across to the Huskisson Hotel!
