The Space:
Take time to slow down and relax poolside at this cool and contemporary Cape-style home with an impressive outdoor living space. Great for entertaining, the private backyard includes a gazebo, fire fit, outdoor gas grill and an expansive deck with two seating areas ideal for cocktails and conversation.
Just as impressive as the outdoor living space is the home’s interior. There are plenty of common spaces to enjoy with friends and family. The open-concept kitchen, dining and living area has a great flow, where guests can enjoy different activities together in the same space. The living room has abundant seating and a large, wall-mounted smart TV for movie night and a table set in the corner perfect for puzzle-building or a fun and competitive family game night. For a quick bite to eat, guests can sit at the granite-topped kitchen island or enjoy a more formal meal at the dining table set for eight that’s adjacent to the kitchen.

Sleeping accommodations can be found on the first and second floors. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one with a pair of twin beds and another with a queen bed. Upstairs, you’ll find the private master suite with a king bed, full bathroom and an office for any remote work that needs to be done. Off the living room is a loft game room with a fold-out sofa, plus a TV and lots of puzzles, crafts and games, including corn hole and an oversized Jenga set. Not only does this home sleep up to eight people, your furry, four-legged friend is also welcome!

If you and your guests insist on leaving the lap of luxury, there are many nearby attractions. Visit Joshua Pond Beach (2 miles away) or the popular Craigville Beach overlooking Nantucket Sound (2.5 miles away); walk the trails of Skunknett River Wildlife Sanctuary (1.5 miles away); or take a shopping trip to the quaint village center (3 miles away).

Perfect home

The property was amazing. There was plenty of room for everyone to be together or have some privacy. The pool is absolutely beautiful and we enjoyed s’mores at the fire pit as well.

Family fun!

My parents (in their 60s), my brother and his fiancé (in their late 20s) and myself, husband and our three young children (ages 5, 2, and 3 months) stayed for a week. The house had plenty of space for everyone. We all had a great time! Our older girls loved having the pool.

Price not justified

We were planning a nice celebration for our niece going away to college this year, and wanted a nice place! Paid 4x a night for a week and expected to get a stellar property with the works in line with that rate - granted it was july 4th week but aware what you can normally get for that week at this rate. Property was totally out of line. Dark and dingy, smelling when we entered, lacking basic necessities eg pots and pans were dirty scratched unusable, after I complained I got a cheap small not appropriate for a family of 4. Weeds all over yard. Not enough towels. Let alone lacking luxury in all forms, it was missing the basics I would find in a cheap inn. Came away extremely disappointed - if you get the place for x a night (ie a fourth of where they list) go for it, anything else not worth it
