Great Stay in Philly

A wonderful point from which to enjoy all that Philadelphia has to offer. The Edison property run by Sonde was immaculate, modern, and very well done. It was just a few blocks from the subway system to allow our family to explore Philadelphia. It was perfect for our family. Thank you Sonder.

Great place in a great part of Philly...

Everything was great, clean, well stocked, comfortable well located, great walking neighborhood, etc., etc... There were three of us and two opined that the place is smaller than it looks in the photo...not too big a deal and we were there for a short time...more than two people doing a long stay might find it too small after a while... Picayune, I know, but you asked for our thoughts and that's what they were...nothing detracted from the great time we had while we were there!...Thank you!

LAX tourney

Location was close to everything you need with easy to walk locations. Radiccio restaurant was amazing. Be careful with parking and pay attention to all parking signs. Not always marked clearly. Philly must monitor every parked car in the city. I received a $300 ticket my first day after walking in to 7 eleven to buy water. Couldn’t have been there for 10 minutes max. Then had my car towed while parked on the street next to Sonder the next night. Was told by one of the attendants at the impound that they typically tow over 100 cars a day. So do yourself a favor. If there is no clear parking spot, use the garage which is a five minute walk. Not worth the fines or the hassle. Paid more in parking tickets than I did for the stay!!

Excellent location

Nice and clean. Easy access. Parking is a challenge in Philly. This location was close to historic district. I had to call to lodge a complaint both nights we were there because people above us were quite noisy. Response was within 2 minutes and issue was resolved. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice location

Great location to visit Philly, property was as described. Needs a couple of minor repairs such as broken door knob in bathroom and the dryer wasn’t drying well, but management was very receptive when I let them know and said they would take care of these things. Would stay again.

Great family teip

We loved Old City. Easy walk to restaurants and historical sights. Enjoyed the Eagles game at a local bar with theatre attached. Parking garage down the street was safe and easy to access. Definitely recommend this location for a nice time in Philadelphia.

Property was a nice clean and comfortable. Parking was little challenging later in the day but we still managed to get a spot within a 5 minute walk. Overall a smooth experience and would do it again.

Philly 4 Taylor Swift

Location was awesome. Walkable to Starbucks and cute shopping. 15 (easy) dr to Lincoln Financial Field. Parking during the weekend was a little bit challenging, but we managed. Apartment was exactly as advertised. The only complaint is that the pull out couch had a lot of wear and tear, not comfortable at all, but again we made it work. I plan on staying at Sonders anytime I can for future trips.

nice, clean, spacious, two bathrooms was wonderful!!!, lovely shampoo/body wash/conditioner, fabulous tub- perfect for a bath, no paper towels (wish there had been), not enough hot water for two showering at the same time, was able to find safe free parking on the street right around the corner both nights we stayed there. Nice property, enjoyed the stay but check out early or hold the door!

The property was lovely and very clean. It was also close to a good parking garage that was reasonable to park. The only irritation I faced was that the code for the door was changed by 10:45 when check out was at 11:00. I know this seems like a little thing and it really is, but it was irritating to get locked out as I was loading up the car and returning to get my kids and the final load. Thankfully a very nice man was there cleaning the property and let me back in. I don't know what I would have done otherwise! Overall, worth the money and we enjoyed it!

Noisy at times

Overall our stay was good. Got there earlier then expected, code doesn’t work until right at check in time. We had to pay $25 to check in 30 minutes early. It was raining, we had luggage and there is no coverage (otherwise we would have waited it out). The apartment itself was clean but not very spacious, rooms were small and the couch in the living room was not very comfortable to sit on. The apartment is close to a train so that can get loud at times. We were there in trash day, that is also another level of noise added to an already loud city. I’d say anything worth seeing is close to a mile walk. Overall the apartment was good. Checkout was a breeze.

Great Place

Had a last minute trip with family in Philadelphia and we were lucky enough to find this location. Easily fit 3 adults with room to spare. Very clean and great location. There is parking directly in front of the bldg so long as you leave by 7am. Otherwise you may need to look a few blocks around. Owner was quick to respond and easy to chat with.
