Never book with unwind holidays

Extremely poor communication with unwind. Only picked up the phone once havng left 15 messages over 2 days. When we eventually got through nothing happened having explained the issues. Have written several emails no response as yet. Still waiting a response from unwind to let me know what they are going to do. Left the property 5 days ago. Property was filthy, used shampoo, conditioner and body was in shower. All surfaces were sticky. Cutlery and crockery was dirty and needed to be wahed before use. No rubbish bags left to use. No dish clothes No batteries in air conditioner in hand hand control. Windows unable to close. Oven was filthy. Floors were filthy. Skirting boards were filthy Tv in bed room unable to use as had no plug socket or ariel. Up 2 flights of very steep dirty steps. Dog urine on the floor in the 2nd room and it stank. Matress had no protector on it and was stained in the main bed room. Over all over priced, very dissapointing
