Needs fresh paint and a good dusting

Excellent location and floor plan. Kitchen and beds clean, bathrooms except for shower flooors also clean. But scuff marks on every wall and stairs covered in them. Every baseboard covered in dust. Still, the place was a good deal. .could be great with upkeep. But will look elsewhere next trip.

Nice Location.

The location was nice, not right on Broadway but we were just passing through so it wasn't a big deal for us. The condo itself wasn't very clean, and the floors were still wet when we walked in. That wasn't a big deal but the place smelled like old mop water and there were crumbs on the couch. The beds were rock-hard and very uncomfortable, just expected more from the photos. We stayed during the week so we got a good deal IMO, especially considering the size of the place but I looked at this place on the weekend and it was 4x what we paid. I would not pay that much for this place, but I would pay what we paid to stay during the week again, especially if you have a large group like we did.

Quick overnight for a Concert

The price was great for just an overnight. Just like having your own apt/townhouse. Did not feel like a hotel.

Beautiful Roomy apartment bad parking

We comfortably slept our large family in this beautiful apartment it is mostly accessable to those with handicap there are a few steps out front which were a bit of an issue. Parking was a nightmare as we were there for the fourth of July and it was very busy in that area. There are no assigned parking spots. Convenient spots located at the back door are $20 per day per vehicle. Other than that we enjoyed our stay!
