With high vaulted wood-beamed ceilings and ample space for entertaining, host your family and friends at this stunning cabin in the mountains!
LIVING SPACE - Spacious 2,900+ sq ft home with living room, TV, ceiling fans, dining table, bar seating, a beautiful wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.
ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths. Downstairs/second level master bedroom has a king bed, bathroom, and deck access. Downstairs/second level second bedroom has a queen bed and deck access. Downstairs/second level third bedroom has a queen bed. Lower level game room has a queen bunk bed and sleeper sofa. Extra blankets and pillows are available.
KITCHEN - Full kitchen with stove, double oven, double-door refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices and more.
AMENITIES - Game room with ping pong, pool table and pop-a-shot basketball hoop. Board games and card games. Apple TV, along with fast Wi-Fi. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace. Laundry room with side by side washer/dryer.
OUTDOORS - Enjoy the spacious wrap-around deck with gorgeous views of Big Bear, patio furniture, and gas barbecue.

Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 12 people (8 adults max). Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - over occupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
