Shared space has never been more fun and comfortable. The grand outdoor space makes sitting with new friends even more enjoyable! With a high walking score from nearby cafes, bakeries to local favorites, and all the travel essentials like drug stores, groceries or post offices. Get to our near downtown with the ease of local transit only 3 mins walk away. Best places to visit: bustling Chinatown, Liberty Village, Trinity Bellwood and of course not to miss the theater district, AGO (art gallery of Ontario) or the distillery to the east. These are all a transit away.
The house is enclosed by a private deck and fence for private outdoor enjoyment, feel free to eat or mingle outdoor with other guests, however, please note that the whole building is smoke-free so everyone can enjoy the space freely.
Please note that this is a share-space building, it is very safe with video camera in the main entry. Host or hostess is on-site most of the time.

Pretty good

Very new good stay. Clean and communication was easy. Some construction was going on while I was there but it didn't bother at all.

This is acquaint and quiet safe neighborhood a very old Italian neighborhood, full of hip cafés and cultural restaurants convenient within 3 to 4 minutes walk and public transit. That’s also walking distance to get you easily to downtown or any other most visited travel spots.

What makes this property unique

Very unique property with every single room having private bathroom that does not need to be share and each level is over 10 to 12 feet high ceiling. The building is a newly designed building for the sole purpose of spacious enjoyment for a share space that has never been done this way! fully equipped with all new appliances, including dishwasher dryer/washer and an outdoor spacious 1000 ft.² sundeck with modern outdoor furniture to meet and greet other travelers just like you!
