Situated directly on the sound, you can enjoy incredible water views and breathtaking sunsets from both indoors and out. Private amenities include a pool, hot tub, and game room with a pool table and wet bar. Two master suites and three additional bedrooms provide plenty of space to bring the whole family. Tequila Sunset is dog-friendly, so you can even bring your four-legged friends! Nature lovers will appreciate the neighborhood's mature trees and walking trails. Take advantage of convenient access to the sound from your backyard for fishing, kayaking, and paddleboarding.

As guests of the Corolla Light community, you can enjoy a variety of world-class resort amenities. Take the complimentary trolley service over to the Oceanfront Club House for direct beach access, indoor and outdoor pools, and a fitness center. You'll also find tennis, racquetball, shuffleboard, volleyball, and basketball courts. Additionally, Corolla Light guests receive preferred golf rates at The Currituck Club in Corolla and The Seascape Golf Club in Kitty Hawk!
