The bedroom is ready ready for you to drop your luggage off so you can venture out to the wonderful award-winning restaurants, world-class vineyards, boutique shops, trendy cafes, national parks, hiking and walking tracks such as Lake Canobolas and Borenore Caves.

The dining and kitchen spaces are appointed with modern appliances and all of the essential amenities you require. Bring your group together in the spacious living area where you can unwind with a movie or enjoy a local wine or two in the backyard accompanied by a BBQ or cheese platter.

THE LOCATION
Here you are located just a short 5 minute drive to the Orange CBD where you will find a fantastic selection of restaurants, cafes, bars and pubs.

Orange Botanic Gardens where you will find the kids adventure playground, as well as some beautiful walking tracks through the gardens are only a 3 minute drive away.
North Orange Woolworths complex and McDonalds are also a short 5 minute drive away.

Our famous vineyards and cellar doors are only a 10-15 minutes drive away.

This property is professionally cleaned by our team of regular cleaners who have all been trained to maintain our high quality standards in alignment with the Covid-19 Pandemic.

BOOKING ENHANCEMENTS:
Two days prior to your arrival you will be sent a link to a form where you can request some additional items to make your stay even better!
You can request an early check in or a late checkout that we will approve pending availability and the payment of any necessary fees.
You can also request other enhancements like a bottle of locally produced wine on arrival. Let us know if you have any questions about this process at any stage!

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire villa for the duration of their stay.

The owner lives on the property in the front house. You will still have your own privacy and no spaces are shared apart from driving in and out of the driveway.
