Good enough

Great location as far as the neighborhood. Wouldn’t really call it a kitchen more of a kitchenette with no counter space and not really an ability to do much. Very outdated and tons of bugs, including ticks, in the house just after being cleaned. It worked but likely because we are fairly easy going.

Weekend stay

It was just what we needed for our short stay on cape cod. The house was cute and the screened in porch was lovely. Very close to a beach, walking distance to a Dunkin Donuts while still being away from the main streets. Also close to Marion’s Pie shop which I would consider a must during your stay.

Location, location, location

We came to Chatham to spend time with family, and this house was perfectly located minutes from them and also minutes from Hardings Beach and everywhere else we wanted to be. We didn’t spend much time at the rental except to sleep and shower. The outdoor shower was great for after the beach and meant we could get ready for dinner more efficiently. We had a couple of small maintenance issues, and the rental company was incredibly responsive, sending someone out the same day (Sunday) to fix things.
