Crystal Peak Retreat is an idyllic getaway for ski lovers amidst the snowy Alpine slopes of Colorado. Located in the Crystal Peak Lodge in Breckenridge, this condo offers the best ski in ski out location. It is at the base of Peak 7 with it’s own BreckConnect gondola stop, and the Independence lift just steps away. Enjoy numerous activities from skiing, snowboarding, hiking, biking, and more. There is something to entertain guests year round.

The living room is warm and sumptuous, with large windows that allow abundant natural light. The decor oozes raw simplicity and old-world charm. A stony fireplace, wooden accents and leather couches add to the cozy ambience. An attached balcony offers sweeping views of the mountains.

An open-plan kitchen is sleek and well-equipped, with wooden cabinetry and granite countertops. It contains a coffee machine, oven, toaster, and refrigerator. The bar table seats 4, while the 6-seater wooden dining table is perfect for intimate family meals.

There are 2 bedrooms for 6 guests, both of which have magnificent views:
- Bedroom #1 comes with a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom with a tub and stand-alone shower.
- Bedroom #2 has a queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom with a stand-alone shower.

Enjoy access to family friendly resort activities! Take a dip in the indoor swimming pool or hot tubs after a long day on the slopes or start your day with an early morning workout in the fitness center. Guests staying at the Crystal Peak Lodge also have access to the amenities at One Ski Hill Resort including the 2 lane bowling alley and two movies lounges. There is also a shuttle available to take guests to peak 8.

Lastly, the owners want everyone to feel at home and have a five star experience. There are new lampshades and linens, the kitchen has been stocked with utensils and appliances, and there's a new washer and dryer. Also, new carpet has been ordered.

-Please note - the max occupancy includes adults and children/infants, to avoid property violations and fines.
- A sofa-sleeper for 2 is provided in the living area
- A washer/dryer is included for guest use
- Underground parking is available for 1 vehicle

Great Location - Gone Downhill

I've stayed here and at the sister property about 5x now. There is no staff on property, so for any interaction, you have to go to One Ski Hill. The ski locker room, one of the biggest benes of the place had its door blocked as well as all others, the only exit to the lifts was at the far end of the property. Overall its not a place I would stay again. Never recovered properly after Covid IMHO.

Excellent Breck Peak 7 condo

Best ski in ski out location I’ve ever been. Very updated and extremely convenient location, shuttle service to town, great amenities.

Best location

We have been renting in this building for many years, and love the location. Best in Breckenridge. The apartment is roomy and has all you need. The only issue that we have most of the times is the poor cleanliness. We guess they have little time to turn around the apartment between guests and must be understaffed. This time it was a bit extreme there were glass splits all over the living room carpet and furnitures were covered in an impressive layer of dust. It took a bit insisting for somebody to come clean it up (we would have done it ourselves, but there was no vacuum cleaner). The rest we just cleaned ourselves. We still loved it.

Great location!!

Couldn’t be in a better spot on the property. Close to all the amenities. Property management was very responsive when a minor issue arose. We were all very happy with our selection of this unit!
