Fully renovated and equipped lower unit with natural light in beautiful Victorian house, steps away from UofT campus in Toronto. Safe and quiet neighborhood. Super comfortable apartment. Hosts living in the upper part of the house will be available for help and advices on the city.
Ideal for one person or a couple.
Technically a 2 bedroom unit, we prefer to keep the second bedroom for office or storage space.

Nice Place

The check in and check out process was easy and the place was very close to the university. The space had all the necessary ammenities. Although nice the space is still a basement with little to no natural light. I had a good stay here and would recommend it as short term accommodation for someone working nearby.

Victorian in Harbord Village

A lovely property! It was so close UofT campus. Limited city noise due to location. Beautiful unit. Very friendly and helpful property owners!

Great location with great people.

If you ever need a place to stay that is clean, nice, close by to everything needed, and safe. This is the place. Jerome and Caroline made me feel so welcome and I would recommend it to anyone that comes through.
