Perfectly located between Anna Bay, Boat Harbour, Kingsley and One Mile Beach you have a choice of the beautiful coastline beaches.
Located on the edge of the crystal blue ocean waters and well known for it's whale watching location you find this astonishing 2 storey, four bedroom duplex. With bushland views and quiet surroundings not far from the new National parks coastal track running from Anna Bay to Fingal Bay where you can stop for a swim along the way.

Being minutes away from the local skate park, patrolled beach access (Birubi and One Mile Beach) and Boat Harbour, walking paths, general stores, Anna Bay Tavern ( courtesy buses available from the business) and other take away and dine in restaurants.

All linen (sheets and bath towels) is supplied for your stay. For the comfort of our guests all beds have quilts with full covers.

Where the the bush meets the rugged coastline - the neighbourhoods of One Mile and Boat Harbour is famous for its natural beauty, secluded beaches, stunning coastline walks, rainforest and koala habitats.
During May to November you will find the locals perched on the rocks at Boat Harbour spotting the whales as they pass through the humpback highway on their annual migratory journey.

One Mile Beach is one of the most popular patrolled surf beaches in Port Stephens. A long (one mile in fact!), white sand beach perfect for both families and surfers is patrolled throughout the summer months. For those learning to surf to the more experienced in search of a clean wave One Mile is the place to be. Samurai Beach just north of One Mile is another beautiful spot accessible by 4WD and is a clothes optional beach.


To ensure the comfort of our guests and neighbours, we do not accept bookings for 'Schoolies' breaks/under 21yrs groups and under no circumstances do we allow parties of any sort.

Kindly note a deposit of 50% AUD of total amount will be charged at time of confirmation. An option of direct deposit and credit card is offered.

A $1000 Security Deposit (PRE-Authorisation) IS TO BE Held. The bond will be processed prior to arrival. We only accept Mastercard or Visa.

You can check in anytime between the hours of 2PM and 5PM on Weekdays. On weekdays after-hours, weekends and public holidays there is an afterhours check-in service. If you require this service, please inform one of the members at LJ Hooker Nelson Bay prior to your day of arrival.

Payment for the booking warrants you and all guests staying will abide by the Code of Conduct for Short Term Rental Accommodation which can be viewed on our website which will be sent to you in your booking confirmation email. This property is a holiday rental, it is not a principal place of residence.

Terms and conditions apply for this property and payment warrants your agreement and that of all other guests staying at the property with you.

The guests limits apply at all times during the booking. Any extra guests (this includes day visitors) above those that have booked and paid for must be approved in writing prior to the stay. Excellent location
We have stayed in the center, and near Fingal bay before and I find one mile beach is by far the most convenient location. It is within 10 mins drive of everything port Stephen has to offer. The property is 1 min drive away from one mile beach and we had really enjoyed our time on the beach everyday. The property is brand new and equiped everything you can think of for an rental property Will recommend to anyone to plan for a trip to port Stephens

We stayed in the property over the Easter break and had a great time. The property was clean and modern and had everything you needed to enjoy with the family.

Made a difficult time bearable
We travelled to the region for a funeral, and were looking for somewhere we could rest and breathe through the challenging moments, and of course bring our two puppies. The staff were excellent and very caring. The house was very spacious and had everything we needed and more. Our only disappointment was the road noise outside. With a bus stop beside the driveway, it's not as quiet as I thought it was going to be. This didn't take away from the stay. We just relaxed inside. Thank you for making our trip bearable.

Nice relaxing stay
We enjoyed staying at the property. Property is situated close to any attractions, new house accommodated us well. Nice comfy beds, space, very clean and modern. Complementary bottle of wine on arrival and spa salts were well used after all day activities. We would like to come back soon.
