Perched above Hamilton Island Marina the unique house has some of the best marina and sunset views of any house on the island. If you’re after a private house with stunning views and luxury finishes, this house is for you.
The house is separated into several different zones all connected by outdoor stairs and walkways (all under cover). The house has been totally renovated to the highest standard and each of the 4 bedrooms has stunning views over Hamilton Island’s famous marina.
There is no house like this on Hamilton Island and it is brand new to Holiday rental; the owner kept this gem for personal use for the past 5 years. The house is perfect for so many groups as the bedrooms are all separate with one shared living area.

Great house

Great location, views, and comforts. Separate living spaces and bedrooms spread out which suited a large family group. Good range of kitchen equipment for cooking which we needed due to rainy weather. Pool enjoyed by all. Very good communication and follow up by HIHA- much appreciated. Beautiful house with stunning views and the feeling of being in the treetops. Relaxing, and the perfect home away from home. Thankyou!
