The lounge room has a Smart TV, free WIFI and reverse cycle air conditioner.

The kitchen will impress with stone bench top and quality appliances including Bosch dishwasher.
The main bedroom has a double bed, ceiling fan and opens out to the deck with views or to enjoy the summer breezes.

The second bedroom has a 2 singles beds.

The large entertaining deck can be accessed from the dining room and main bedroom. It has an outdoor setting and gas BBQ, perfect for enjoying al fresco dining.

The marble bathroom has a walk in shower, toilet and separate deluxe spa bath, the perfect place to unwind after a day at the beach.

A washing machine is also available in the outdoor shed at the rear of the property.

The back yard is shared with other guests in the downstairs unit, it is grassed but not fenced in, great for the kids to play after a long day at the beach. Children to be supervised when in the back yard and are not to go into the shed that has the washing machine in it.

We also have the Dolphins apartment bottom floor listed. The separate apartments are a on quiet residential block one street back from the main road to the Beach.
Rent them together - 5 bedroom holiday accommodation to accommodate 10-11 people OR they can be rented separately.
There are no internal stairs, different locks, private and separate entertaining areas. Look for Shells on the Shore - Dolphins apartment.

Linen, sheets, pillow cases, bath towels, bath mats, hand towels and tea towels are supplied and the beds are made up for your arrival.
You just need to bring your beach towels.

Noise policy - The property is in a quiet residential area which is noise sensitive. Any noise after dark that causes neighbours to complain may result in the loss of your bond.

No Visitors - We have a strict policy in relation to 'visitors' to the property. A fee of $500 per head will be charged if additional people are found at the property that are over and above the number of beds at the property or guests not registered. This includes friends coming with pets, this is strictly prohibited.
Please ensure you understand this prior to booking so you are not disappointed after you have booked.
