Relaxing Getaway to Bear Haus
We stayed at Bear Haus March 23, 2024 - March 26, 2024 and had a wonderful stay. It's located very conveniently between Ellijay and Blue Ridge. The cabin is so cute and cozy. From the cabin style wood paneled walls to the decor and furnishings, everything was exactly as depicted in the listing. The view is spectacular! You can see seven peaks from the spacious covered deck. The dog run was a bonus for our little dog too. The beds were very comfortable and there was a pack and play for my grandson so we didn't have to bring that. There is also a high chair if needed. The kitchen is fully stocked with any appliance and utensil you could possibly want and there were even some spices, seasonings and other items for cooking in the cabin. In most places I've stayed, everything is cleaned out after each guest so it was nice not to have to buy absolutely everything we needed. There was plenty of toilet paper, paper towels and garbage bags. Dishwashing soap and laundry detergent were provided as well. We did have a little trouble opening the cabin on our arrival but the host called me immediately to help us get in so it really was no problem at all. We had a great time riding the train in Blue Ridge. I would say that's a must do. Take the four hour ride. Totally worth it. I would definitely book this cabin again.
