We were there one day and then the neighbors upstairs was doing a remodel of the floors.

the property was nice enough. Misrepresentation of location of pool, grilling station, and park. You had to drive to everything. We were there one day before the neighbors upstairs started remodeling their floors. We had to leave the condo every day by 9:00 a.m. and couldn't return until 6:00 p.m. I contacted the owner and asked if they had another location that we could move to. They said we can leave the condo but would not refund any of our money. I will never book through Evolve again. Lesson learned.

Golf trip

Stayed for a week on a golf trip. Condo was perfect! And don't miss the reataurant on property....great food and wonderful staff!

Family working vacation

The unit was perfect for family members with mobility issues. The condo did not have any stairs. There was handicap parking right out front. Each day after working to get grandmas house ready to put on the market, we were able to come bak to the condo and relax. Each morning we enjoyed looking through the fog out onto the golf course.

North Myrtle Beach working vaca

The property was perfect! We had a family member with us who has mobility issues, and this unit was perfectly situated to accommodate that! The view of the morning fog on the golf course was beautiful.

The condo was prefect!! We are quiet people and stay to ourselves but when we travel is always good to be somewhere that offers what you are use to but a lot more!! Condo was cozy, safe, and very country like..I would def recommend this location to everyone..the rain kinda messed up activities but can’t stop Mother Nature..but going out in cold and rain and coming back to safe and comfort was the best thing ever..thank you for a wonderful experience!!
