Located in the tri-villages, Castaway Too Salvo is a very prominent home with stunning ocean and sound views offering a good value with an excellent price. Lot sizes vary from 20,000 to 40,000 square feet which provides open spaces and more privacy. The beach access is right across the street, but with the larger lots comes a longer walk to the beach even with convenient beach access. This upgraded, pet-friendly home offers brand-new laminate flooring throughout, upgraded King mattresses, and great room furnishings. Located close to great restaurants, the island's best water sports venues, and clean, less-crowded beaches. This home sits on a higher lot, elevated from heavy rains and storms, with a vertical 4-level design, open floor plan, and elevator to all levels.

Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a large driveway with easy access to the nearby indoor elevator. Carport is perfect for storing all your beach gear and a grilling area with gas and a park-style charcoal grill. Fully gated, solar heated, private pool area with hot tub, Built-to-Last furniture, 2 outside showers, fish cleaning bench, and a picnic table. Next to the pool, you'll find a large sports field perfect for kickball, baseball, whiffle ball, soccer, and more! Bases and pitcher mound is marked but bring your personal gear from home to take advantage of some family time in the yard! Inside you'll find elevator access to all levels, a Recreation room with a pool table, foosball table, half bath, kitchenette with cabinets, sink, microwave, full-size refrigerator, and patio access gated from the pool area. Open den with large flat-screen TV (with telescoping mount), 2 Day Beds and 1 Trundle. Laundry with washer and dryer.

The house offers basic cable channels, Roku, and 400MB internet services in case you need to conduct business while on vacation. The dining room features a larger dining table seating 10, a separate kids table seating 5 that can double as a card table, with deck access. Kitchen with U-shaped design and stone countertops that offers 2 dishwashers, large capacity refrigerator with filtered water dispenser, free-standing ice maker, 2 mini-refrigerators for extra beverages, stove top, double oven with steam clean, deck access and stone bar top serving area/counter seating for 3. The decks offer Built-to-Last furniture for your enjoyment.

Linens and towels are provided all year. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made except for sleep sofas, top bunks, and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom, and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

SPARKLE CLUB: Guests will be able to arrive at their vacation home at 12:00 pm with access to the first level of the home and the pool area only (be advised the pool and spa may not be cleaned by noon, if the home offers a private pool). Please do not attempt to go to any other level in your vacation home until 4:00 pm check-in time. We have stationed a housekeeping professional in Sparkle Club homes from 10 am to 4 pm on each changeover day. The housekeeping team will continue their work until 4 pm to provide your family with extra cleaning for a special vacation! Prior to leaving at 4 pm the housekeeper will walk through the home with you to ensure your satisfaction.

Castaway Too Salvo
Amazing house! The elevator was really convenient since this home has 4 floors. Beach access was easy and not a bad walk. The beach was not crowded. The back yard was great for the kids and dogs. However, USE BUG SPRAY as there are tons of mosquitoes. We needed to call Brindley a couple times for maintenance and they were extremely courteous and FAST getting the problems fixed (Gus is da bomb!). We will be back!
