During my stay, I encountered several issues that significantly impacted my comfort and overall experience. These included mold in the showers, inconsistent hot water supply, a malfunctioning shower on the second floor, insufficient seating due to loose chair screws, and an infestation of ants and spiders throughout the house. Additionally, there were safety concerns with improperly secured floor vents, posing a tripping hazard.Furthermore, the quality of the amenities fell short, with flat pillows and uncomfortable mattresses. The overall cleanliness of the property was also below standard, which further detracted from my enjoyment of the stay. Moreover, there were concerns about noise complaints and potential involvement of law enforcement due to the number of guests. Despite our efforts to maintain reasonable noise levels, we were faced with unwarranted threats, adding to the discomfort of the situation. The host was aware that there were 12 guests, we didn’t have a party at all just family singing, talking and playing games that wouldn’t disturb the neighbors…However the noise detector in the house went off causing the host to send multiple messages and called me to request we be quiet. I wouldn’t stay here again, but it was spacious.

Great location but dated

Three families traveled to Toronto for a funeral. Online description says its stylish but in fact its dated. Windows are old (2 didn't close all the way) and some cupboard doors throughout the house are broken. 7 bedrooms but 1 only has curtains for a door and no window coverings. Kitchen had basics only however there were no pot holders for taking things out of the oven, no tea towels, limited knives and no wine glasses. Beds all had comforters but no top sheets. Spacious house for all of to be together but only enough seats between the kitchen and dining room to seat 10 and there were 12 of us. Overall for our purposes it was great as the location was so close to the QEW and where we had to go but lacking some basics for a more comfortable stay.

Big house with fantastic pool and hot tub

This house was a great size for our group of 3 families staying together, with 7 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms and 1 half bathroom. The pool and hot tub were SO nice to have. The hot tub was a perfect temperature and the pool was well maintained (someone stopped by during our stay to clean it etc.) The game room in the basement was alot of fun for both the kids and adults. The owner was very nice and quick to reply to all questions and concerns. When a couple lightbulbs went out, he came over and replaced them promptly the next day. It was a 30-40 minute drive into downtown Toronto depending on the traffic. Overall, this was a great place to stay for a family vacation.

Decent but house needs some TLC

The house served its purpose for a group of 9. I rented it out for my bachelorette party weekend. To me, the house was, for the most part, clean, except for the kitchen, which needed to be swept, and the outdoor area was filthy. My bridesmaids were nice enough to sweep and scrub the patio furniture and bar so we could have somewhere to sit as we accessed the hot tub. The backyard had cigarette butts Everywhere, and the yard both the front and back were unkempt. The hot tub was clean, however, so after cleaning the backyard, we used the hot tub multiple times. The shower in the master bathroom needs a lot of work. There is mold in the shower tiles. I had to shower with flip flops on. There were no wash cloths, we went to Walmart and bought some. The house served its purpose for a 3 night stay for 9 people, however, overall it just needs some TLC. The other thing I would like to add is the neighborhood is nice and in a central location to stores etc. The neighbors are so nice! They speak to you and are very welcoming and they appreciate when you’re nice back to them.
