About this property

Our spacious updated three-bedroom condo has a calming water view of the Okanagan River and is adjacent to Skaha Lake in the heart of wine country.
In front of the condo is the famous Kettle Valley Rail trail, which can be hiked or biked to Pentiction and beyond.
We love swimming in the heated pool and the nearby sandy beach that has a kid's playground and water park when we are not boating on the lake! The kids love to jump from the KVR footbridge nearby, at least once during a summer stay with the local friends they've made. As a family, we love to go for a great meal at the local wineries nearby or walk to the famous Tickleberries ice cream and gift shop.
If you love to golf, there are several world-class courses nearby in any direction from our condo.
If you arrive in the winter, Okanagan's Apex Mountain and Mount Baldy offer excellent snow conditions with great skiing, snowboarding, and other fun activities for the whole family.
The master bedroom has blackout curtains, for your early morning beauty sleep if needed.
No matter what season you arrive, our condo is a great getaway to relax and unwind, with comfortable reclining furniture, a fully equipped kitchen, cable, Wi-Fi, and other personal touches that make it the perfect home away from home.

In the event of road closures, OK Falls has the enviable position of having multiple options for highway and road access surrounding the lake, and to main routes (south to the US border and north to the Coquihalla hwy. and Penticton).

Great location, comfortable condo

We really enjoyed staying at the condo. It’s proximity to the beach, grocery store, and yummy ice cream was awesome. It was nice to be in a quiet community but still close to Penticton. It was great to have my kids be able to play in the pool with my husband while I cooked dinner in the evening. We had everything we needed including beach gear that my kids LOVED.

We are a family of five, who fell in love with OK Falls on our own VRBO vacation here, back a few years ago. We love to have fun on our boat out in the lake, and unwind by the pool in the summer. We've had Thanksgiving with grandparents that flew to the Penticton airport fom Vancouver, where we picked them up to join us for the holiday. Fall is beautiuful here in OK Falls! We haven't made it up in winter for a few years, but we will one day again. It's cozy to sit by the fire and 'relax' with a novel, or catch up with friends here in the cooler days.
We know how much we love it here, and know our guests will too!

Why they chose this property

This condo has it all; comfort, space and a great view! It's peaceful to sit on the deck in the morning with a cup of tea and look at the river flowing and we have seen deer on the ridge above highway on occasion too . As we are here ourselves a lot, we get to improve things for our guests more often as well. Having 1400 square feet of space when you have kids, gives everyone in the family the room they need to unwind. We used to cram ourselves into two room motels when visiting the Okanagan, and we don't miss that! We've had three couples rent with us to do wine tours in September, and they loved being able to be together and have thier own private space too!

What makes this property unique

There are lush grassy areas to play games and run energy off, in front of the pool and in front of our condo by the KVR path. We have some outdoor play equipment in the condo for guests to use there, or the nearby parks if they wish.
