Nestled atop Yamba Hill, this grand three bedroom Yamba Beach Cottage with a sleep out is a true gem. Fully equipped with ducted air conditioning, this charming abode offers a comfortable stay all year round.

Situated in a central location, you ll find yourself just a stone s throw away from the pristine beaches, vibrant shops, delectable restaurants, and the iconic The Pacific Hotel .

Step onto the spacious verandah and be captivated by the stunning sunsets over the Clarence River estuary and Hinterlands.

Inside, the cottage boasts a large living area, separate dining and kitchen spaces, and a spacious sleep out, perfect for children to play and relax in.

Please note: The two single beds noted below in the 4th bedroom, are in the sleep out. There is also another single bed at the back of the loungeroom. In total there are 1 x Queen Bed, 1 x Double Bed, 4x Single Beds.

Linen is NOT provided (you will need to bring your own sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats and tea towels) Linen hire is available online at The Laundry Yamba.
