This townhouse is set in a central location and is a only a short walk from Australia Fair Shopping Centre. A great choice for a local business person or a family looking for a well needed week away, where you can park your car & not have to use it again (unless you want to) with local coffee shops, restaurants, parks and beaches just minutes away.

Communication with host of this property was 5 star. My daughter had organised to have food, wine, beer delivered for our arrival, due to it being later in the evening. Perishables had been refrigerated & drinks chilled. Apartment is a short walk to shops & parklands on the water front. A short drive to theme parks & Surfers Paradise. Aquatic centre, restaurants & Aust Fair shopping centre are all walking distance. Thank you Mike for being the best host

Perfect location in Southport
Highlights - Very happy with the stay overall and the property. Located centrally in Southport - was going to a concert at the Parklands so was a short walk to there and Australia Fair etc. Happy with the communication both prior and during the stay. Lowlights - the cleaning fees were very expensive and it would have been nice to have some pool lounges to sit by the beautiful pool.
