The property is within easy driving distance of both the city center and the beach (several kilometers to both). There are cafes within easy walking distance and supermarkets within an easy drive. The house is on a relatively busy road and it can be noisy. The residence is a pretty cottage with great street appeal. A large car (such as four wheel drive) may have difficulty navigating the shared driveway but on street parking is an option. Apart from a dirty smear on one kitchen cupboard, the house was very clean. The beds in each of the two bedrooms are comfortable. The bathroom is very basic with a shower over a shallow bath. There was no non slip mat. The kitchen is also very basic. There is no dishwasher. Limited, inexpensive crockery is provided (eg. there are only three wine glasses and two small bowls). At least one tea cup was badly stained. If there are more than two visitors it would be challenging to prepare/serve meals. There is an effective but noisy wall mounted air-conditioning unit in the living room. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans but one constantly makes a clicking sound so cannot be left on overnight. There is well kept backyard but no outside facilities other than a small table and chairs on the front verandah.
