Great beach location

Great location...steps from the Pacific Beach near the Crystal Pier with easy access to restaurants, groceries, and entertainment. The suite itself was as advertised - very clean, very well equipped. We enjoyed our stay very much and appreciate the property owner/management keeping it up to spec and in great condition. The building itself is old and in need of some sprucing up - the common areas are aging and upkeep is clearly slipping (the carpet on the walls and ceiling in the elevators were filthy...the ocean moisture is clearly winning the battle with the walls and ceilings).

Perfect Location

The room is well equipped and extremely well located. You can hear the ocean, see the ocean, watch people, quickly walk to anything you need or desire. It's near the long PB walkway so you can take short or long strolls. It's wonderful!
