This stunning 6 bedroom pool home has all you will need for a fantastic family vacation in florida.
The home is located in a cul-de-sac within the 5 Star Solterra resort, one of the more popular gated vacation home communities.
The property is a 7 minute stroll from the Clubhouse with gym, leisure pool and other amenities.

From the hallway you walk down into the spacious comfortable family room with a large screen TV and views of the large pool and beautiful pond /conservation area.
The fully equipped kitchen, recently remodeled and dining area also have views of the South facing pool which can be heated at an extra cost.
The Patio doors are equipped with a child alarm for additional safety.
On this floor you will find a small den with comfortable seating and King and Queen bedrooms and bathroom. Both rooms have TVs
Going upstairs you will arrive in the large lounge area with comfortable seating, pool table and TV
From this room you have access to all the upstairs bedrooms and bathrooms.
The main master bedroom with King size bed, large closet, TV and walk- in shower.

A further King Bedroom with en-suite bathroom, TV and water views.
There is a twin bedroom with full size beds TV and en-suite bathroom.
A fantastic bunk room with 1 TV and 3 independent monitors, all 4 bunks are full size, and en-suite bathroom.

The pool area benefits from a large pool, spa and an extended pool deck. The area closest to the house enjoys screening providing extra privacy without blocking the spectacular water views.

The home is a short drive from both the Champions Gate and Posner Park areas with many shops and restaurants.
Solterra resort has easy access to the main roads leading to the parks and attractions making this one of the more popular vacation home resorts.

Don't stay here

The hosts were a nightmare to contact. Dishwasher broken from the start and wouldn't replace, broken handle on the door, the safety gate for the pool is broken (my 1.5 yr old could easily get through) the office had trash in it, the dishes were disgusting, there was missing cable box in one of the rooms, wouldn't reply to most of my messages, wouldn't compensate us for anything. Do not stay here! Mostly because of the hosts! Extremely unprofessional!!

Beautiful Home for Spring Break

I am sorry for the late review. This house is exceptional and the location on the small lake and privacy panes around the pool area are everything!! The managers were on top of the difficulties we encountered right away. Biggest tip I can give to the owners is MORE towels!! I cant imagine the house full of people. Hot tub wasn't really working but it did its job. It is an exceptional property, just need to work out the kinks. Which is possible since it has been months!

Wow, all around!

I hosted a staycation getaway for my family and this home did not disappoint. Even though it’s in a community, it didn’t at all have a cookie cutter feel like so many I’ve stayed in before. The pool/view: stunning views of the very large pond in back. Beautiful sawgrass, birds, ducks, and even saw a little gator. We loved the fact that they had privacy screens on the sides of the pool making the other homes invisible and gave us and them better privacy. The pool is a perfect size. We had a dozen people in the pool and didn’t feel on top of each other at all. We loved cooking and ending our evenings out on the patio. Inside: this home is beautifully decorated. It was stocked with everything you’d need towels, linens, etc. Each room was beautifully appointed and had a chic vibe. The children’s room with the bunk beds couldn’t have been a bigger hit. My two daughters loved the top bunks ( one is obsessed with mermaids and loved the set.) My two nephews loved the sharks and planets bottom bunks. Check in and check out was a breeze and communication with Dave and Elizabeth was superb. At check in we noticed the upstairs wasn’t cooling down. I let Dave know and he literally had a gentleman there to fix it within an HOUR!!! Absolutely INCREDIBLE SERVICE. I live in central Florida but we love to get the whole family together at least once a year to spend quality time. I will tell you, we will be back to this property.
