The fully fenced yard is perfect for a bit of back yard fun, swing set for the kids or just lazing in the sun.

Superbly situated 4 doors back from the foreshore and entrance to the magnificent Colonnades Surf Beach.

Private outdoor shower which is perfect after a surf or a visit to the beach.

Off street parking available for two cars.
