Great coastal getaway

The location and layout of this house/property is excellent for accommodating outside fun, beach time, and is very walkable to all amenities in Pacific City. The bedroom off the garage is a nice space providing solitude and a kid-friendly space. The room stays nice and warm as long as the wall heater is on and the door remains closed. The wooden chairs by the firepit are weathered and lacking stability so providing camping chairs and storing them in the garage may be a better solution for tenants. In addition, the family room is lacking window coverings and workable blinds that would be nice to have during evening nights to maintain privacy. We loved our time here and will definitely be back!

Beach stay with kids

Overall stay was ok. Beds were comfortable. Maybe some rugs would help make it more cozy. Kids couldnt go outside without shoes because yard is full of prickers or thorns.

PERFECT place for family with dogs

The location and set up of the house was absolutely perfect for a family of adults and older kids with dogs. Literally feet from BLM land that was a sand dune w/ trees the dogs loved and only a few minutes walk to the beach, restaurants, marketplace, and coffee shop. The RV park next door was fun with TONS of feral domestic rabbits that were entertaining. For a fun beach house that is close to everything and that is perfect for a family with dogs, this is it.
