Community Details
This villa is located in the Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club Community, which is an immaculately kept, secure complex, which maintains a 24-hour manned gate, making this a safe place to stay. There are community swimming pools, tennis courts, a gym, library and children's playground for those days when meeting Mickey Mouse is just too much trouble. With a Super-Walmart a minute away plus Dicks and several well-known restaurants just further away, virtually everything is on hand. Golfers will be in heaven on the Southern Dunes award-winning course, simply pay and play (electric buggies included). The Club House serves wonderful family lunch, dinner, and a fabulous Sunday brunch.

Wonderful House

This was a wonderful place. Very clean and well set up. We all loved it and would highly recommend it for a golf trip or just a relaxing vacation.

Great place to stay!

We have vacationed in Haines City/Davenport area every year for the past 14 years. This was one of our favorite houses. The beds are comfortable. Pool was warm and patio was sunny with lots of seating. Our favorite part was the TV on the pool deck for night-time movies. My kids loved the short walk to stores and the tennis courts. There are lots of board games available as well. The owner and property manager are very accessible and helpful when needed. We are looking forward to returning again next year.

The property was perfect for our family. Lots of space . A beautiful area . Clean secure community. We enjoyed the pool area . Beautiful scenery.. we definitely would go back to this property. Five star all day .

Southern Dunes

Very clean and had all kitchen items needed. Great communication with the owner and property manager. Beautiful golf course the house is on. Close to stores and restaurants.
