Relax with your loved ones on the sofa and watch your favorite shows on the 50in. Smart TV. The dining table seats 4 persons, and is conveniently located next to the backyard. The updated bathrooms feature a single vanity, and a walk in shower. Located next to the bathroom and down the hall are a full size washer and dryer. Property features one covered parking space.
SLEEPING QUARTERS
The property features a king bed, dual night stands, a 40in. Smart TV and a large closet. For those who like to sleep in the main bedroom provides blackout window coverings.
OUTDOORS
Step outside in the spacious and private yard. Dine al-fresco at the 4 persons dining table, warm up on the colder nights next to the fire table or in the six person above ground spa. Catch some sun and read a book while relaxing on the chaise lounge. For those who like to BBQ, a two burner natural gas bbq is provided. Community pool is located 25 yards from the property.
