About this property

Our cottage is located on Wolfe Island, largest of the Thousand Islands. Relax on shores of Irvine Bay, swim in crystal clear waters from the sandy shore, fish from the dock, enjoy bonfires and a gorgeous sunset. Plenty of room to find privacy with 2 cottages and a bunkie. Sleeps 6 comfortably. Three kayaks available. The Island has grocery store, LCBO, several restaurants and a golf course. Docking available for smaller boats.

Natual beauty trumps shortcomings

The sunsets were truly glorious, and the weather was lovely. The private lane in was in verry poor repair. The cottages were not as clean as they should have been. The floors were not swept and the fridge was dirty. We had brought our own coffee maker, a good thing because the Keurig water chamber was way less than pristine.We were not aware that there was a heat source in only one building.

Nous étions 4 donc un couple et 2 amies, donc le fait d'avoir accès à 3 chalets c'était plus que parfait pour notre groupe. L'emplacement au bord de l'eau est enchanteur avec de magnifiques couchers de soleil. Mes amis ont utilisé les kayak fournis et ont bcp apprécié. Il y avait absolument tout de fourni de ce dont nous avions besoin. Là où le bas blesse, c'est concernant la propreté de 2 des chalets... Entre-autre que les douillettes auraient eu besoin de lavage mais par contre les draps étaient propres. Si vous buvez du café penser à apporter votre cafetière car celles sur les lieux sont dans un état lamentable... Globalement nous avons eu un très agréable séjour et recommande pour rassemblement familiale ou groupe d'amis! Je recommande ;)
