Accommodating up to 18 guests, with 7 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, a huge wrap around balcony, and a fully self-contained downstairs apartment. The house is set well back on the block, providing ample space for kids to play, plus car and boat parking.

The kitchen and living room.

The upstairs kitchen and living incorporates an open plan family room and dining, with direct access to a huge balcony and wrap around verandas. Complete with split system AC, and the cosy comfort of a wood Coonara. The fully self-contained downstairs apartment includes a second kitchen and dining area, spacious living space and direct access to the outdoor patio and garden.

The bedrooms and bathrooms.

Four spacious bedrooms on the top level accommodate 11 guests, together with a family bathroom plus 2 toilets. The downstairs apartment sleeps 7 guests in 3 bedrooms, plus a family bathroom and an additional shower/toilet accessed externally from the downstairs laundry.

Outside.

This fabulous family holiday home is located within walking distance to stunning local beaches, the summer carnival, and the local Rye township. The rye ocean beach, Peninsula hot springs, and world class golf courses are all just a few minutes away. Loads of off-street parking for cars, boats, and jet skis.

Strictly No parties – No groups under 25 years of age.

This property does not accept hens or bucks gatherings. Penalties as per terms and conditions agreement will apply to guests.
