The entry level has two bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with two twins. Up the single flight of stairs guests will find another king bedroom with an ensuite bath. Each bedroom is equipped with large HD SmartTV's. Unlike most homes in Colorado, this property has AIR CONDITIONING on the upper floor. The lower floor stays cool enough not to need it and has fans for any exceptionally hot days. There is a great deck with a gas grill off the main level, a washer/dryer downstairs, a gas fireplace in the living room, a bar area with two wine fridges, etc. In addition to the above mentioned amenities, the property is right on the Mountain Sneak Trail. This “trail” is actually an easily accessible paved, walking or biking path, with year round accessibility that takes you directly to the ski area base, about a half a mile away.

This property is off of a main road that is plowed regularly but as it goes in the mountains, when it snow a lot, sometimes the plows have trouble keeping up so 4WD/AWD is always recommended.
